Wrestlepalooza XI
Wild Cat & Super Thunder Frog defeated Scott Story & Officer Rob Justice in the opening match.

"All Ego" Ethan Page pinned Colt Cabana.

Off With Their Heads played their first set.

Candice LeRae made Chuck Taylor tap out.This was LeRae's second to last match before heading to NXT.

Up next was some burlesque from Scarlette Revolver.

F1RST Wrestling Wrestlepalooza champion Arik Cannon defended the title against Fire Ant, Jason Cade and Shane Strickland in a 4 way match.

Cannon won the match when he pinned Fire Ant.

Off With Their Heads second set was interrupted by Darin Corbin. OWTH didn't care for Corbin so the lead singer el kabonged Corbin. Corbin does not have a good record with the Wrestlepalooza musical acts.

Air Wolf & Space Monkey defeated the Ugly Ducklings.

Chaos 300 defeated "The Husky Heart Throb" Kody Rice.

Cat lady burlesque from Sweetpea.

The F1RST Wrestling tag team titles were on the line as former partners Ryan Cruz and Darin Corbin battled for ownership of the title.

After a splash from a very tall ladder Ryan Cruz pinned his former Northstar Express partner to claim the tag titles.

Next F1RST Wrestling event takes place at the Uptown VFW on March 22, 2018.

F1RST Wrestling Minneapolis, MN 9/7/17

"All Ego" Ethan Page and Space Monkey were scheduled for this event but were unable to make it to Minneapolis.

The first match was a four way match with Ryan Cruz, Wild Cat, Super Thunder Frog and Scott Story. Cruz and Sailer both got a 3 count at the same time so they were both announced as the winner. They were given 5 more minutes against each other. Cruz got the final pin over Wild Cat.

Giant Griffin defeated Kal Creed after a choke slam from the second rope.

F1RST Wrestling Wrestlepalooza champion Arik Cannon Defeated Darin Corbin.

Angel Dorado pinned Brandon Gore. These two are rookies from The Academy of Pro Wrestling training camp. They got to make their F1RST Wrestling debut because Page and Monkey were not able to make it to the event.

Chaos 300 defeated "Filth King" Brubaker.

Air Wolf & Colt Cabana defeated Zero Gravity (Brett Gakiya & CJ Esparza)

I was happy to see that vet pro wrestler Colt Cabana showed rookie Air Wolf how to pose for the ring side photographer before the match.

Wildcat pinned Rob James in the opening match.

Darin Corbin beat Kody Rice.

Cooter Bocephus pinned Shawn Daivari.

F1RST Wrestling Wrestlepalooza champion Ariya Daivari defeated Matt Winchester to retain the title.This was one of Daivari's last independent wrestling events as he has signed with the WWE full time.

Arik Cannon defeated Silas Young.

Cody Rhodes pinned Colt Cabana in the main event.

F1RST Wrestling 6/18/2016

Wrestlepalooza VIII


Wrestlepalooza VIII started off with some stand up comedy from Marty DeRosa.

In the opening match Kody Rice defeated Venom, Officer Rob Justice and Colt Cabana in a 4 way match. Rice pinned Justice to get the pin.

Burlesque from Queenie Von Curves dressed as Harley Quinn.

Arik Cannon took a bite out of Chuck Taylor to get the win.

The Copy Rights did their first of two sets.

"Playboy" Pete Huge came out to save ring announcer John Maddening from Chuck Taylor.

Pete Huge then dropped his lucky drawers in the middle of the ring. Huge has been a big part of indy wrestling at First Ave for the past 15 plus years. He will be missed.

The Chikara Young Lions Cup champion Super Thunder Frog defeated Wildcat and Space Monkey to retain the cup.

Burlesque from Sweet Pea was next.

Heidi Lovelace pinned Kimber Lee to become the #1 contender for the F1RST Wrestling Wrestlepalooza championship.

Scott Hall came to the ring to tell F1RST Wrestling Wrestlepalooza champion Ariya Daivari to suck it.

F1RST Wrestling Wrestlepalooza Champion Ariya Daivari defeated Matt "M-Dogg" Cross to retain the title.

F1RST Wrestling Wrestlepalooza tag team champions The Northstar Express (Ryan Cruz & Darin Corbin) defeated The Colony (Fire Ant & Silver Ant) to retain the titles.
