PTW Bloomington, MN 1/26/18

This was PTW's annual Big Show and the last PTW event by promoter Greg McDonald AKA Magic Man. It was announced that Steel Domain Wrestling bought PTW and they will now run shows at the Bloomington Event Center under the PTW banner.

Lenny Lane returned to PTW to be commissioner for the night.

In the opening match The Tomahawk Kid defeated Magic Man. 

In a trainer VS student match Air Wolf pinned Shawn Daivari. Ken Anderson was scheduled to be in this match but he was unable to make it so Daivari took his place.

Next up was a match for the PTW Uptown championship. It was to be a 4 way match but Black Stallion was taken out of action by champion Darin Corbin before the other two wrestlers made it to the ring.

The other two wrestlers in the now 3 way match were Craven Knyte and Danny Duggan. As Darin Corbin was attacking Stallion before the bell Renny D came to the ring. Renny D was then made the referee for this match. The match ended when Corbin hit Knyte,  Duggan and Renny D with the title belt. Corbin lost by DQ and was stripped of the title because he hit an official. 

At intermission two more former PTW members, Tiger Lilly and Robbie Thunder,  came out for the raffle drawing. 

Big Sepp pinned Ricky Love.

Matt "The Beer City Bruiser" Winchester defeated Heavy Metal Lore in a hard core match.

The main event was a 3 tag team elimination match for all the titles in PTW. The DOUGs VS Body Beautiful (Billy Blaze & PTW champion Mitch Paradise) VS PTW tag team champions Wild Cat & Super Thunder Frog. The DOUGs were eliminated after Black Stallion unmasked one of the DOUGs to reveal it was Darin Corbin. The match ended in a double pin. Referee Jay Soltis said Body Beautiful won and referee Willy Mac said Cat & Frog won. So it looks like all the PTW titles are vacated until the next event at the Bloomington Event Center on March 30, 2018.

PTW Bloomington, MN 10/27/17

This was the second annual PTW zombie invasion. The event started off with Lore and Joseph "Stonehenge" Wayne coming to the ring and bringing out some zombies to attack a rookie wrestler. The zombies would come out more through out the night.

Black Stallion defeated PTW Uptown champion Darin Corbin by DQ. Corbin hit Stallion with the title belt for the DQ. Check out that old school WWF shirt on the the guy on the left of the photo.

PTW U.S. Fanny Pack champion Danny Duggan took on Luther Wilson III, Tomahawk Kid, Brandon Gore, "Downtown" Petey Brown and Ian Xavier in a 6 man match.

Most of the wrestlers were attacked by "Stonehenge" and his zombies.

Danny Duggan pinned Ian Xavier ( the only remaining wrestler) to retain the fanny pack title.

Air Wolf pinned Craven Knyte. This may have been Knyte's last match in pro wrestling.

"Livewire" Johnny Parks took on a guy who who runs a karate dojo. It was suppose to be Billy Blaze that was suppose to take on the karate guy but Blaze must have been too scared to show up. Parks was attacked by the zombies.

PTW champion Mitch Paradise defeated Lore to retain the title. This event was the first of 3 that I would attend over the weekend. Both of these guys would be on all three of those events.


PTW tag team champions Wild Cat & Super Thunder Frog wrestled DOUG & Other DOUG to a no contest when Lore, Joseph "Stonehenge" Wayne and the zombies attacked the 4 wrestlers.

Wild Cat & Super Thunder Frog defeated Lore & Joseph "Stonehenge" Wayne in a quick match to end the event.

PTW Bloomington, MN 7/15/17

PTW hosted an outdoor event at a softball tournament in Bloomington, MN. I think this is the 3 time PTW has had this event at the tournament.

In the opening match Air Wolf defeated Paddy McSomething (Giant Griffin).

AJ Bond defeated "Stonehenge" Joseph Wayne.

Ian Xavier pinned "Downtown" Petey Brown. Xavier hit Brown with a hockey stick while the ref wasn't looking to get the pin.

Darin Corbin pinned The Tomahawk Kid.

Darius defeated Blue Azul. PTW owner Greg McDonald came to the ring and unmasked Blue Azul to reveal that it was Petey Brown under the mask.

Black Stallion & Aaron Corbin defeated Body Beautiful (Billy Blaze & Mitch Paradise) in the main event.

PTW Bloomington, MN 6/16/17

6th Annual Final Show (of the season)

Airwolf defeated Ryker Mex in the opening match.

The PTW U.S. Fanny Pack champion Danny Duggan pinned Craven Knyte to retain the fanny pack.

Next up was a triple threat match for the PTW Uptown Championship held by Black Stallion. His opponents were Darin Corbin and Tyler Colton.

Darin Corbin pinned Black Stallion to become the new PTW Uptown champion.

PTW tag team champions Super Thunder Frog & Wildcat defeated The Black Plague ( Lore & Joseph "Stonehenge" Wayne) to retain the titles.

PTW champion Mitch Paradise pinned Ken Anderson to retain the title.

PTW returns to the Bloomington Event Center on October 22, 2017.

Chris Jordan defeated Danny Duggan in the opening contest.

Lore defeated Billy Blaze.

Tyler Colton pinned Black Stallion.

Air Wolf & Wildcat defeated Apostle 13 & Antonio Marquez in a tag team match.

PTW champion Mitch Paradise defeated Ken Anderson in a 2 out of 3 falls match.

This was PTW's January Big Show. I was only able to stay for the first two matches as my daughter had a basketball game that I had to go to.

In the opening match Big Sepp defeated Danny Duggan.

The second match was DOUG VS Darin Corbin. Eugene came to the ring to be in DOUG's corner.

I think Darin Corbin defeated DOUG. I left before the match ended. Wish I would have stayed a little longer as I saw on social media later that night that Corbin got busted open and was a bloody mess.

PTW Bloomington, MN 10/28/16

The opening match was Lore VS Giant Griffin. Zombies went to the ring and attacked the wrestlers and dragged them away to a side room. Match was ruled a no contest.

PTW champion Ariya Daivari defeated Big Sepp to retain the title. No signs of the zombies during this match.

The next match was scheduled to be Billy Blaze VS AJ Bond. Blaze said he would not wrestle Bond so he called out "Downtown" Petey Brown to take his place. Both Bond and Brown were attacked by the zombies. Match was ruled a no contest.

Robbie Thunder pinned Chris Jordan.

The last match was Black Stallion VS Kody Rice. This was another no contest as the zombies returned with all the wrestlers that were turned into zombies.

 Rice ran for his life when the zombies entered the ring leaving Black Stallion to fend for himself.  Here Zombies Lore, AJ Bond & Petey Brown attack Stallion.

Wildcat and Super Thunder Frog came out to save the day. They helped Black Stallion chase off all the zombies.

The next PTW event is November 25 at The Pourhouse in Minneapolis.
