In the opening contest Brandon Gore defeated Heavy Metal Lore.

James Tapia beat up Kyle Pro in the second match.

PWB Breakout champion Air Wolf defeated Rylie Jackson to retain the title. Jackson was DQ'ed after using the title belt on Air Wolf.

Kal Creed & Tomahawk Kid defeated the PWB tag team champions, Giant Griffin & Kody Rice.


"Smiling" Darin Corbin pinned Matt Knicks.

In a 3 way match Scott "The Never Ending" Story defeated Stevie Fierce and Eye Candy Elliot. 

Venom defeated PWB Champion Super Thunder Frog to win the title.


After the match a bunch of guys came to the ring to celebrate with Venom.

Giant Griffin defeated Rob James.

JDX challenged anyone to come out and face him in a match. Kara Noia answered the challenge but she was unable to beat JDX.

Kal Creed & Tomahawk Kid defeated El Angel Dorado & James Tapia in a tag team match.

Brandon Gore pinned Valentine Bravo.

Rylie Jackson defeated Kyle Pro.

PWB champion Super Thunder Frog defeated Ryan Cruz to retain the title.

The main event was a hard core match between Kody Rice and Orin Veidt. They used thumb tacks, chairs, doors on chairs and doors with rows of carpet tacks. Rice slammed Veidt on that door covered with carpet tacks to get the 3 count.

Kara Noia defeated Sierra Avery in the opening match. Fun fact: I have been ring side with both of these lady's when they were not wrestling. Avery stated out as a ringside photographer for IPW before she became a wrestler. Noia was with me ringside working a video camera for HOW until she had to get ready to replace some ladies who could not make it to the event.

The Firm (Valentine Bravo & Ricky Noren) defeated Angry Dragon & Gerard Castle.

JDX pinned Kyle Pro.

Arik Cannon & Tomahawk Kid beat Lorbin Cometh (Darin Corbin & Heavy Metal Lore)

Air Wolf & El Angel Dorado defeated Flex Appeal (Tyler Jones & Austin Fouts.

Kal Creed pinned Giant Griffin.

SCW Future Clash champion Brandon Gore defeated ESQ III. This was Gore's 5th title defense so it was time for a new champion to be crowned. 

The main event was a match to decide the new SCW Future Clash Champion. James Tapia defeated Rylie Jackson.

James Tapia is the new SCW Future Clash champion.

In the opening match Kody Rice won a 4 way elimination match against JDX, El Angel Dorado and Koda Jacobs.

Kal Creed defeated Steve Manders.

Brooke Valentine pinned Kara Noia.

Arik Cannon VS Tomahawk Kid ended in a no contest.

The no contest in the last match happened because Darin Corbin & Heavy Metal Lore came out to interrupt the match. So the next match became a tag team match between Corbin & Lore VS Cannon & Kid.

Lorbin Cometh (Heavy Metal Lore & Darin Corbin) defeated Tomahawk Kid & Arik Cannon.

Valentin Bravo beat Aaron Sacrifice.

The SCW Future Clash champion Brandon Gore pinned James Tapia to retain the title.

Air Wolf pinned Nathen Edwards.

In the main event Bob Evans, Tim Hughes & Kyle Pro defeated Ricky Noren, Rylie Jackson & ESQ III.

MAW Minneapolis, MN 2/16/18

I believe this was the first time that pro wrestling was seen at this 80 year old theater in south Minneapolis. It has not been used as a regular theater in many years. I've been here to watch some Doctor Who episodes and most recently to watch a screening of 1980's Flash Gordon, which is when I found out about this event. It's been cold in the Parkway each time I've been there and this night was no different. I guess the heater has not worked in a while. This event was the last one in the Parkway until the new owners do a remodel. this was my first time at an MAW event as most of their events have been on Sundays.

The first two matches were pre-show 'young lions' matches. They involved 4 of the recent graduates from The Academy of Professional Wrestling.
Rylie Jackson VS Kyle Pro ended in a 10 minute time limit draw.

Brandon Gore pinned JDX.

Tomahawk Kid pinned Officer Rob Justice.

The Maulers (Joseph "Stonehenge" Wayne & Damien Graves) defeated El Tigre & El Angel Dorado.

"Downtown" Petey Brown defeated "Mr Entertainment" Ty Cooper. After the match they were both attacked by JDX and Rylie Jackson. Brown and Cooper got their revenge after intermission.

Aiden Wake pinned Leonard Literacy after some outside help from Sneaky Pete.

Orin Veidt pinned Air Wolf. Veidt had some help from the Maulers. This was the first of 3 events I would shoot at on this weekend.There was one wrestler who was also at all three of those events and that was Air Wolf.

In the main event Garrison Creed defeated Duke Cornell
